Together with his wife Sunitsa, Lek Jermsak opened Siam Lotus in August of 2014. These local restaurateurs and owners of Siam Village Thai Cuisine – the most popular restaurant in West Union – formed a team with the former Typhoon’s chef and crew. Five star hotel chefs recruited directly from Thailand give customers the best quality of food and an excellent dining experience. The food here is delicious. I got the summer fire halibut and it was one of the best halibut dishes I’ve eaten in years. Not to mention the serving sizes are hug which makes up for slightly high pricing. Also, the housemate coconut icecream that came with the chocolate lava cake was just amazing.
